Flau State joins OT Select as its newest team for the 2026 season. Flau State will be led on the floor by captain and top ranked player in the class of 2028 Tati Griffin. Off the floor, Flau State will be led by Team Owner and WNBA star Flau’jae Johnson who has a long history of involvement with OT Select. Flau State may be the newest team at OT Select but the talent on their roster will have them competitive with any team they face this upcoming season.
The team will mirror Flau’jae’s game - rooted in preparation, rhythm, presence, and a mindset centered on intentional work, mindfulness and confidence. Flau State sets the tone for what’s next: a new chapter shaped by one of the game’s most dynamic young stars.

After missing all of last year’s OT Select season with an injury, Tati Griffin returns for her second consecutive season as a captain, this time in charge of the league’s newest team: Flau State. Griffin may have missed out on her first OT Select season but the number one ranked player in the class of 2028 is poised for a breakout year. Griffin just finished her sophomore year and has already crossed the 1,000 point threshold. To capture just how great Griffin truly is she started playing in U17 competitions at the age of 12. She is built for the moment. Partnering with WNBA star Falu’Jae Johnson, Griffin and Flau State are set up to be your new favorite team and one of the best teams in the whole league.
